These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and OurFarm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable Indian law. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

All products listed on the Service are offered by verified Indian farmers. OurFarm acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not own the products listed. Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided by the respective farmers and are subject to change without notice.

• Orders are placed through the online checkout process and are binding once confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree or other supported payment gateways.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product type, and logistical constraints. OurFarm is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

• You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in fraudulent activities.
• You must not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• You must not attempt to access restricted areas of the Service.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Service are the exclusive property of OurFarm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurFarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
